1. Who we are and what these terms cover
Lovetravo ("Lovetravo," "we," "us," "our") operates a travel discovery and booking platform that helps people discover places to eat, stay, and explore in Vietnam, communicate with businesses, and earn and redeem loyalty rewards. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Lovetravo, the operator of Lovetravo.
By creating an account, installing our app, or using Lovetravo in any way, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Lovetravo.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account.
2. What Lovetravo is — and is not
Lovetravo is a platform that connects travelers and customers with independent businesses (restaurants, cafes, hotels, attractions, experiences, service providers, and others). We are not the provider of those services. We do not own, operate, or control the businesses listed on Lovetravo.
- When you book, reserve, or contact a business through Lovetravo, your arrangement is between you and that business, not with Lovetravo.
- We do not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, pricing, or accuracy of any business, listing, or service.
- AI-generated suggestions and information are provided for convenience and may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm details directly with the business.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login secure, and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You may delete your account at any time through the app; we will delete or de-identify your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention requirements.
4. Bookings, reservations, and communication with businesses
Lovetravo lets you message businesses and submit booking or reservation requests (for example, a table, a room, or an appointment).
Important:
- A request is only a request until the business confirms it. A booking is not confirmed unless and until the business marks it as confirmed. Lovetravo's AI assistant does not confirm bookings — only the business does.
- Confirmations, cancellations, changes, no-show policies, and refunds are governed by the business's own policies. We are not party to and not responsible for those arrangements.
- We are not responsible if a business fails to honor a booking, is unavailable, or provides services that differ from what you expected.
5. Payments
Lovetravo does not process, collect, hold, or transfer payments. Where payment is required, you pay the business directly — for example, by scanning the business's own payment QR code (such as VietQR, MoMo, ZaloPay, or a bank QR) or by other means the business offers.
- Lovetravo is not a payment processor, money transmitter, or party to the payment.
- All payment disputes, refunds, and chargebacks are between you and the business.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of payment information businesses provide or for any payment you make.
6. The AI assistant
Lovetravo offers an AI assistant that can answer questions, provide suggestions, and help prepare booking requests on behalf of businesses. The AI assistant:
- Provides information that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated — verify anything important with the business.
- Does not confirm or guarantee bookings, availability, or prices. Confirmation always comes from the business.
- Is identified as an assistant; it is not a human and does not speak as the business owner.
You use AI-generated content at your own discretion and risk.
7. Reviews, photos, and other content you submit
You may submit reviews, ratings, reactions, photos, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you represent and agree that:
- You own it or have all rights necessary to submit it, and it does not infringe anyone's rights.
- For photos: you took them or have permission to use them, and they do not contain people who have not consented or any unlawful, obscene, or harmful material.
- You grant Lovetravo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content within Lovetravo and its promotion, with attribution where appropriate.
- Your content is honest and not misleading, defamatory, fraudulent, or fake (including fake reviews).
We may review, moderate, approve, reject, or remove User Content at our discretion, and we are not obligated to publish anything. We may reward approved content with loyalty points, subject to the rules below; we may withhold or reverse points for content that is rejected, removed, fraudulent, or violates these Terms.
8. Loyalty points and rewards
Lovetravo offers a loyalty program in which you can earn points for engagement (such as check-ins, reviews, approved photos, and other activity) and redeem them for perks offered by partner businesses (such as discounts, free items, or special offers).
Key terms of the rewards program:
- Points have no cash value. They are not money, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, cannot be purchased, and cannot be transferred between users.
- Perks are provided and honored by the partner businesses, not by Lovetravo. Lovetravo does not fund or pay for redemptions.
- Points are earned for engagement and participation, not as a function of money you spend.
- Points may expire (for example, after a period of inactivity) and we will indicate expiry where reasonable.
- We may change, limit, suspend, or end the rewards program, or modify how points are earned or redeemed, at any time with reasonable notice. On termination, unredeemed points may be forfeited without liability.
- We may cancel points or participation for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
- Points and rewards are not advertised as, and are not, cash or a cash equivalent.

9. Businesses and listings
If you are a business owner or manager claiming and managing a listing:
- You must be authorized to represent the business. Claims are subject to our approval and verification.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your listing, offers, prices, availability, payment information, and your responses to customers.
- You are responsible for honoring confirmed bookings and the perks/offers you publish.
- You must comply with applicable laws, including consumer protection, tax, and advertising rules.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse the platform; submit false, fraudulent, or infringing content; harass or harm other users or businesses; attempt to gain unauthorized access; scrape or copy content without permission; interfere with the platform's operation; or use Lovetravo for unlawful purposes.
11. Disclaimers
Lovetravo is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that listings, AI output, or business information are accurate, complete, or reliable.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lovetravo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your dealings with any business, any booking or payment, any User Content, or any reliance on AI output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim — which, for most users, is zero, since Lovetravo does not charge consumers for use.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lovetravo from claims arising out of your use of the platform, your User Content, your dealings with businesses, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason. You may stop using Lovetravo and delete your account at any time.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Vietnam, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
