Lovetravo Rewards Program Terms

1. Overview

The Lovetravo Rewards Program (the "Program") lets eligible users earn points for engaging with the Lovetravo platform and redeem those points for discount vouchers offered and funded by participating partner businesses.

2. Points have no monetary value

Points are a promotional engagement currency. Points have no cash value, are not your property, and cannot be: (a) redeemed for cash; (b) purchased; (c) transferred, gifted, or sold to any other user; or (d) combined across accounts. Points are not a financial instrument, stored-value product, deposit, or gift card.

3. Earning points

You may earn points by writing reviews, tapping reactions, saving places, using the AI Concierge, and other engagement activities Lovetravo offers from time to time. Earning rates and daily caps may change at any time. We may withhold or reverse points for activity that appears fraudulent, automated, or abusive.

4. Redeeming points for partner-funded discounts

Points can be redeemed for discount vouchers ("Vouchers") offered by participating partner businesses. Each Voucher: (i) is single-use; (ii) has a printed expiration date; (iii) is subject to the partner's terms; and (iv) is provided, honored, and funded by the partner business, not by Lovetravo. Lovetravo does not pay cash to users or partners as part of redemption.

5. Expiry (rolling inactivity)

Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Any activity that earns points resets the 12-month inactivity clock. Vouchers expire on the date shown on the Voucher.

6. Program changes; forfeiture

Lovetravo may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, change earning or redemption rules, or change available rewards at any time, with or without notice where permitted by law. Upon termination of the Program, unredeemed points may be forfeited.

7. Eligibility

You must have a Lovetravo account in good standing to earn or redeem points. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our general Terms of Service.

8. No financial product

The Program is a promotional loyalty program. It is not a money transmission service, deposit account, prepaid access product, stored-value instrument, or security. Lovetravo does not hold customer funds in connection with the Program.

9. Anti-abuse

Lovetravo may flag, void, or reverse points and Vouchers obtained through fraud, abuse, automation, duplicate accounts, or violation of these Terms. Vouchers reported as stolen or obtained fraudulently may be revoked.
